Responsibilities: 

• Apply paint using brushes and rollers as needed; spray painting experience is a plus. 

• Properly prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and masking. 

• Work from ladders, platforms, and scaffolds as required. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment throughout the duration of each project. 

• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of  five  (5) years of painting experience is required. 

• At least three (3) years of residential painting experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels is required. 

• A valid driver’s license is required. 

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. 

• Must own basic hand tools; the company will provide major equipment. 

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (no exceptions). 

• Ability to lift and move 5-gallon buckets, ladders, and other painting equipment. 

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat. 

• Willingness to follow company policies, safety standards, and on-site Foreman instructions.
