McHales Inc. is looking for a hardworking and dependable Plumbing Helper to join our plumbing dig crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the plumbing trade. While this is an entry-level position, candidates should have previous construction experience and be able to lay pipe in a trench with minimal to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the plumbing dig crew with underground plumbing projects.

• Lay pipe in trenches independently.

• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site.

• Safely operate hand and power tools.

• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
